Bundle Ticket and Label

Frequently Asked Questions

When will we receive our bundle tickets?

We stock millions of bundle tickets that can be shipped immediately.  Our stock tickets include:  BS-32, M-4773, M-2523, PS-105, PS-48, PS-2523, PS-3180, and many others.  Custom tickets take approximately three weeks to produce and ship.

Why do the bundle tickets from our current supplier fall apart?

Many factors influence the durability of bundle tickets.  We make tickets with varying stock (paper) weights and with a multitude of perforation paterns.  Our stock forms include variations of the same ticket format in different combinations of paper weight and peforation patterns.  Our forms experts can help you desing a custom bundle ticket to fit the needs of your manufacturing process.  Please call Tony Wegmann for assistance (800-934-1838 option 1).

Why do the labels from our current supplier peel?

Labels are produced with pressure sensitive stock that varies in release factor.  If your labels peel before you can use them, contact us to obtain labels that are "tougher" -- these are tighter release labels.

Why do  the labels from our current supplier sometimes hang or jam when feeding into our printer?

Pin-fed labels sometimes need to be die-cut at the fan fold.  Our stock labels have the proper die-cut to prevent problems that occur during printer feeding.  Ask Tony about PS-105 bundle tickets or PS-P325 Employee Labels.

Why are two quotes from two different companies for the same form so vastly different?

Typically, when two companies have vastly different pricing on the same form, those companies have different understanding about how to produce the form.  The companies plan to produce the form on different paper stock -- one of the two will be on cheaper stock.  When a company uses a cheaper paper stock to produce a form, the form may be less durable.  For labels that are produced on cheaper pressure sensitive material, the labels may release from the backing prematurely.  When deciding which form is the best for manufacturing, R.T. Barbee staff will ask questions and apply many years experience to be sure that each form is the right durability and price.
